Official drawing will be held on September 5, 2024. The winner will be announced on Rbel Bee Sweets Instagram account the same day at 12:00 pm CDT. 

RULES

  1. Eligibility: The "Enter to Win Free Gummies for a Year" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants must have a public social media account (Instagram or TikTok) at the time of the drawing, and agree to post and tag the contest results in order to receive shipment of their prize. Contestants must be subscribed to the Rbel Bee Sweets mailing list at the time of the drawing, which will take place on September 5, 2024.
  2. Entry: Only one entry per contestant is allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Entries received after the specified deadline will not be eligible.
  3. Prize: The prize consists of twelve (12) monthly prize packages, each containing two (2) 12-packs of Rbel Bee Honey Gummies. The prize will be delivered to the address specified by the winning contestant. The winner will be responsible for providing accurate address information, as prize packages will not be shipped to PO boxes.
  4. Drawing and Announcement: The official drawing will be held on September 5, 2023. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received and will be announced on the Rbel Bee Sweets Instagram account on the same day at 12:00 pm CDT. The winner's name and likeness may be used by Rbel Bee Sweets for marketing materials and promotional purposes.
  5. Reselling of Prize: The winning contestant agrees not to resell the prize gummy packs. Any attempt to resell the prize will result in the cancellation of the remaining prize deliveries and may lead to further legal action.
  6. Shipment Schedule: The winning contestant and Rbel Bee Sweets will agree upon a recurring shipment schedule for the monthly prize packages. The winning contestant will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
  7. Address Changes: The winning contestant must notify Rbel Bee Sweets of any address changes at least 30 days in advance to ensure the shipments are delivered on schedule.
  8. General Conditions: By participating in the Contest, contestants agree to abide by these official rules. Rbel Bee Sweets reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices. Rbel Bee Sweets also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
  9. Privacy: Any personal information collected from contestants during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be subject to Rbel Bee Sweets' privacy policy.
  10. Legal Compliance: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
